New user moderation turned off
We are trying some new modules to block spam, and hope it will net be necessary to moderate new users. If spam increases, we'll have to turn moderation back on.
Update: I thought I had turned it off but I didn't do it correctly. However, the stuff in the moderation queue since then has been 99% spam. The new modules mean there is less of it, but I'm leaving moderation on until I do some debugging on the blockers.
